Booking Terms and Conditions

Prices and information subject to change without
notice.
Credit card details are required to secure all
bookings.
Maximum 4 adults per cabin and per site. No
smoking in any cabin.
Persons under 18 will not be accepted as a guest in
the park without a parent present.
1 car per site only.
Only groundsheets made of shade cloth or open
weave material are permitted.
No pets permitted in the park.
Booking Periods
Peak Season – December to end of Summer
School holidays. Easter and October Long weekend
exclusive.
Standard Season – All other times.
Weekend Packages – Minimum 2 nights. 3pm
checkout Sunday.
Sites/cabins are booked from 2pm (check in) on day
of arrival until 10am (check out) on day of departure
unless otherwise stated or arranged.
Additional day stay/late checkout must be booked
and paid for on check in. Conditions Apply.
Minimum bookings may apply during certain
booking periods.
Deposits
Credit Card deposits are required at time of booking.
Peak Season bookings – 50% deposit.
Standard Season bookings – One night’s
accommodation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable within 1 month of
arrival.
No refunds for early departures.
Failure to arrive (no show) will incur the full charge
against the clients credit card.
Additional Fees and Charges
Late Departure fees may apply.
Cleaning fee will be charged if cabin left in poor
condition.
Linen Hire - $10 per person.
Bond required for group park bookings.
Conditions of Occupancy:
To make your stay an enjoyable one, we ask you to abide by these simple rules:
New arrivals and visitors must call at the park reception before entry to the park.
Payment must be made on arrival for the total period of your stay. Book wisely - no refunds are given on cancellations or early departures.
Hire of cabins - must be left clean and tidy and vacated by 10am on the day of scheduled departure.
Extensions and late departures are subject to availability; these options should be discussed with the park reception as early as possible.
Person's causing damage of any type whatsoever to any natural or built asset of the park will be prosecuted, charged for the damage and evicted from the park.
No unreasonable noise at anytime, but particularly after 10pm.
Parents are responsible for their children's behaviour in the park and amenities.
Children must be accompanied by an adult to park amenities.
For the safety of all park patrons one car space is provided for each cabin/ camp site / powered site. Any additional cars must be parked off site. Please do not be offended if management ask you to move any additional cars.
Council accepts no responsibility for any damage to vans, tents, contents or valuable items left in the park.
There is no smoking in any of the park buildings including public amenities, if smoking occurs a cleaning fee will be applied to the account.
Please refer to the registration form for charge details regarding damage or lost items.
Under no circumstances should any feminine hygiene products be flushed down the toilet, we are on septic tank pump out; they may cause a blockage or overflow.
Safety:
Please observe all warning and information signs located within the park.
Speed limit in the park is strictly 8 km/h and Children have the 'right-of-way'.
15 amp electrical leads and plugs under current certification must be used for connection to power supply.
One lead only to power outlet.
Electricity leads must be disconnected from power outlets upon departure from the park.
Check location of nearest fire hose reel to your site.
Gas bottles must be under current certification and all gas equipment must be regularly checked.
No bikes to be ridden once the park lights have come on. All riders must wear approved safety helmets.
Fires must be lit only in constructed fire place. Please check reception window for any relevant fire ban information.
Children are prohibited from using playground equipment between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am.
No toxic substances are to be put in any drains.
